Roof work continues...noise is distracting!

I am in the middle of having a new roof put on my home and we are in sort of a hurry as we just entered hurricane season her on the East coast of Florida. It has stressed my deaf dog out because my house is like one big booming speaker and the vibrations carry down through the walls and into the wood floors. He drools a lot and barks at shadows. It would be funny if it wasn't going on all day long and making me worry about him! Other than that it is going according to schedule and should be done by next week and I will have a brand new shiny metal roof! After that I have to paint the outside of the house. woo-hoo! It is a little distracting but I have managed to punch through and do a little creating even when it sounds like the roof is coming in on top of us! LOL I have been cooking lunch out on the grill for the guys because it is SO hot up there and I do appreciate the hard work so much! Will continue tomorrow...
